With demand-oriented and individual training courses, we support your employees in making the most of the potential of an LWB machine.

We offer your employees training both in the operation of our machines and in process engineering in order to make sure they can take full advantage of our efficient technologies. Our wide range of services is specifically targeted to your priorities and to the level of knowledge of your employees.

With delivery of a new LWB machine, subsequent to starting up the machine, our service engineers conduct a short orientation for your operators. Main functions and correct handling of the machine will be explained.

At the following pages please find a description of our extensive standard training program with customer specific contents for additional training and further education of your employees.

The standard training is classified in a theoretical and a practical part. To ensure undisturbed studying, the theoretical session takes place at our training room. At the beginning all participants get a compendium to permit the participant to refer to his documentation or to personal records. Following to the theoretical training, the practical aspect takes place at our laboratory where the participants will exercise what they have learned earlier in the theoretical session. Any questions will be answerd and reasoned together by means of examples.

According to your request, this training can take place at our laboratory or directly at your site. You are free to define particular contents individually in team-work with our training personnel. By this, we customize the training exactly according to the machines at your plant. To specify your needs, we will submit a questionnaire in advance or give you personal advice.

Correct operating of the machine enables optimum utilization of the technology used, thus economical profit.

 

Purpose of training: The purpose of this course is to convey basic knowledge to the operator. Comprising self-contained start and shut-down of the machine as well as controlling the production process. During the training, also typical failures during production process will be outlined.

Contents of training: Design and function of an injection moulding machine, Operating of machine, Handling of failures in production process, Setting of the machine for production process, Pratical exercises

Duration of training: 2 days

Target group: Machine operators, trainees, emplyees with minor basic knowledge

Exact setting of machines gives optimum results and production capacities can be used to their optimum.

 

Purpose of training: This seminar covers handling of mould setting in both theory and practical exercises. Furthermore, the setting of sequencer will be described ad practised on numerous examples. Individual parameters will be explained by means of typical mould imperfection (i.e. dosage, temperature).

Duration of training: 2 days

Target group: Machine Operators with good knowledge, machine setter, shift supervisor, master craftsman, prcess engineer

The knowledge of compounds and its moulding process allwos the manufacturing of high-quality parts and avoiding of process mistakes.

 

Purpose of training: The purpose of this seminar ist to extend the basic knowledge, enabling the participants to independently optimize existing production processes as well as to start new production processes (moulds).

Purpose of training: The purpose of this seminar ist to extend the basic knowledge, enabling the participants to independently optimize existing production processes as well as to start new production processes (moulds).

Purpose of training: Hydraulics, electrical and its maintenance take center stage of this course. Basic knowledge of configuration of both hydraulics and electrical on LWB machines will be conveyed. Beside this, recognitions and troubleshooting of operator failure as well as independent accomplishment of maintenance work will be trained.

Purpose of training: This course describes distinguishing features of the individual control types in detail and demonstrates its possibilities. On the basis of various examples the specifics and capabilities of different control types will be demonstrated.
